Pumpkin picking

It's been raining a lot here in Toronto so we kept on postponing our trip to the pumpkin patch. It continued to rain this entire weekend as well, but since it's the last one before halloween, Tonicci and Jet decided to brave the weather and go to Riverdale farm (located just right here in the city).

The weather wasn't good so there were only a few kids around but nevertheless, Tonicci had a lot of fun picking out his pumpkin and carving it with his daddy afterwards. There was also a zoo and a haunted house .

Happy Birthday Zana and Zahra!

The twins Zana and Zahra were one of Tonicci's first friends here in Toronto. They are a year older than him and so they take care of him and treat him like their younger brother. We used to hang out with them a lot when they were still living in the city. But since they moved to Burlington (a suburb 40 minutes away), we only see them once in awhile. So when my good friend Masooda called to invite us for the girls' 6th birthday party, we said yes! 

Masooda and Rehan surprised the twins with a pony party at the stables. It was our first time to attend a party at a venue like this and it was quite fun! Tonicci  loved riding the pony and even got the chance to groom it.
