Sweetheart

On her way to her first doctors visit.

Gifts

Jet's co-workers sent Tinsley a big gift basket. Even Tonicci received a big brother gift. How thoughtful and generous of them!

Fathers day celebration

It was also Papa's last day in Toronto and we are going to miss him terribly.

two incredible fathers

Silly and hyper Tonicci- good thing Papa had lots of patience

School barbecue

Papa, Tinsley and I attended the annual barbecue at Tonicci's school. Even if I just gave birth and was sleep deprived, I had to make Tonicci feel that his activities are still important to us.

It was Tinsley's first time to meet the people at school and everyone thinks she's so precious :)

Anna Tinsley

We rushed to the hospital at around 4am after my water broke and the contractions were becoming regular and quite painful.

After running some tests to verify if I was in labour, they admitted me to the delivery room at around 10 am. Of course I had to ask for epidural because my tolerance for pain was quite low. Because it was VERY painful, they had to keep increasing the concentration until I was comfortable.

After almost 10 hours of  labour (with 10 minutes of pushing her out)- Anna Tinsley came out at 7:54 pm.

Jet and I were crying and extremely emotional once we saw her. We've been through a lot since we learned of her condition last January. My pregnancy was also physically more challenging compared to when I had Tonicci.

Tinsley is such a sweetheart and a blessing. Everyday we thank God for giving us this miracle. We are also overjoyed knowing that we continued on with this pregnancy despite her condition and all the other unforeseen issues that we would only find out once she is born.

Despite all the initial fears and doubts we had- we are so blessed that God has touched our hearts and helped us accept the situation. This was all meant to be.

She was supposed to be rushed to the pediatric care unit after she was born but since they did not see anything wrong with her, she was able to stay with us in the room and we were able to hold her right away

he was tired too

Dr. Chitayat- one of the kindest, most compassionate and warmest people I have ever met in my life. Truly goes beyond his call of duty. He always makes me cry because he is sooo kind.

So proud of Tonicci- he's such a doting Kuya

ohhh how I adore them!

Proud Lolo- we are so happy that he's here with us

After 24 hours, we were allowed to go home

Woodbine Park

Another lovely park that we discovered near our place. We rarely go to the mall or restaurants but it's important for us to take Tonicci out to parks where he can explore, make new friends and run around.
